If something arrives broken please send me an email about it as soon as you can at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will either
replace or refund you only if you send me pictures of what is broken within 2 days of it arriving to you. This does not apply to
shift boots, shift boots are non-refundable and non replaceable (read more about boots below). I also request that you give
me 3-5 business days to get your order made and shipped and another 3-5 days for it to arrive. I reserve the right to cancel
your order if I cannot get your order finished. This means that I may be out of town for an extended time or I may not have the
necessary supplies. I will contact you about it before I cancel your order. I also do not accept orders outside of the United States
so if you order from another country I reserve the right to cancel your order. All
items are made to order and made by myself and this process takes time to make sure quality remains high. If you are
needing something by a certain date please contact me about whether or not I can finish it by then. I do also offer
bulk pricing, if you are interested in this please contact me about it!
If you rip or tear a boot during installation I am not reliable for this. All boots are test fitted
after being sewn to guarantee a fit. If you order a universal boot you are in charge of guaranteeing a fitment. If it does
not work or you rip it I am not responsible.
All items will be shipped via USPS First Class unless requested otherwise. If you need something else
contact me and I will choose that method if you pay for the extra shipping cost.
